Air France launches the route to Quebec City

Classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Quebec City is the airline's fourth destination in Canada after Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver, with three weekly non-stop flights from Charles de Gaulle

Air France has just launched its new non-stop route from Charles de Gaulle (Paris) to Quebec City in Canada.

The new destination is the airline’s fourth in Canada after Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver, promising to boost Quebec City’s economy and tourism and connect the region with Paris and the rest of Air France’s global network of almost 200 destinations worldwide.

On this new route, Air France offers three weekly flights between Quebec City (YQB) and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday till October 27, 2022.

Flight AF352 from CDG to YQB takes off at 1:25 pm, arriving in Paris at 2:55 pm the same day.

Flight AF353 from YQB to CDG leaves at 5:00 pm, arriving at 5:45 am the following day.

This new direct route complements the daily Air France bus service linking Montreal’s Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport with Quebec City, offered as a complementary service to all customers connecting from an Air France flight.

Flights on the new route are operated by Airbus A330-200, equipped with new cabins, including a Wi-Fi connection throughout the flight. In the Business cabin, passengers enjoy a seat that transforms into a fully flat 2-meter bed.

The Premium Economy cabin offers a fixed shell seat reclining to 130°, one of the widest seats on the market. The Economy cabin has seats reclining to 118°, with ergonomic seat foam.

Seats in all classes are equipped with Air France’s state-of-the-art entertainment system, with more than 1,000 hours of movies, TS shows, and other programs on large HD touch screens. And last but not least, individual USB sockets allow passengers to recharge their electronic devices.

Quebec City, the capital of the eponymous French-speaking Canadian province, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985, and its historic center is the only fortified city in North America.

Today, Quebec City is a vibrant city with festivals and major cultural events throughout the year,  while around the city and in the eastern part of the province, there are lots of opportunities to discover the beauty of Quebec’s great outdoors.
