Serious Crime Spree in Dan Region Solved by Crime Gang
The central unit of the Tel Aviv District Police updates that after an investigation carried out in recent months, suspects were arrested for offenses of car arson, shooting, and other serious offenses committed as part of a dangerous crime gang.
The Israel Police updated today (Sunday, December 1) that after a complex investigation conducted in recent months, officers from the Tel Aviv District Police arrested suspects, residents of Bnei Brak and Ramat Gan, members of a violent and dangerous crime gang, for offenses of car arson, shooting, and other serious offenses.
From the accumulated investigation materials, it emerged that in recent months there were several serious violent incidents in the city of Ramat Gan, including car arson, shooting, and attempted harm to a person.
The investigation by the Tel Aviv central unit revealed that the suspects were involved in a shooting incident at a scooter rider at the Aluf Sadeh Interchange in Ramat Gan on October 29, during which the rider was injured and evacuated for medical treatment. Additionally, central unit officers managed to gather evidence against the suspects for the arson of a Range Rover car that was completely burned on November 4 in Ramat Gan.
Tel Aviv central unit officers arrested the suspects and also managed to thwart harm to another person, which members of the gang planned to carry out and were actively preparing for.
The detention of the suspects, in their 30s, was extended from time to time at the Tel Aviv Magistrates Court, and at the end of last week, a prosecutor's declaration was filed against them with the intention to file an indictment and a request for detention until the end of the proceedings for the serious offenses attributed to them.
