Air France Maintains 5-Star APEX/IFSA Rating for 4 Consecutive Years
During a ceremony held in Long Beach, California, USA, the Air France airline was recognized with a "5-star" rating for the fourth consecutive year.
This globally recognized classification is conducted annually by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), a leading research and assessment organization that specializes in passenger experience, and is based on over a million passenger reviews across approximately 600 airlines worldwide, with scores ranging from 1 to 5 stars.
This year, the requirements for obtaining a 5-star rating were particularly high, with the distinction awarded to only 40 of the world's best airlines - less than 7% of all rated airlines.
The achievement further demonstrates Air France's commitment to providing an exceptional travel experience across all service classes.
