The French air traffic controllers' union, SNCTA, which threatened a nationwide airport strike this month, has postponed the strike to next month. Senior aviation officials in Israel confirmed to PassportNews that they recently received notification of normal operations in the coming days.

However, other unions are expected to partially disrupt train and metro services across the country.

Should the strike occur next month, flights from Israel to France by El Al, Arkia Airlines, Air France, and Transavia are likely to be affected.
