SKIDEAL Prepares for the 2024-25 Season.

The company notes that the 2024-25 season brings with it a significant recovery in demand for ski vacations, with an expected increase of about 40%-60% compared to the previous season, alongside the easing security situation and the strengthening of the shekel, which have made vacations more attractive and cheaper.

In addition, SKIDEAL will operate for the first time Hebrew ski camps at selected sites, including Les Arcs in France, Bansko in Bulgaria, Passo Tonale in Italy, and Gudauri in Georgia. The camps are designed for children aged 4 to 17 and are operated by an Israeli team that accompanies the children in various activities from 09:00 to 17:00. The price for the camp starts at 359 euros and includes ski lessons, ski pass, lunch, and full supervision.

Also, after a year's break, the SKIDEALWEEK festival is returning with two events – in France and Italy. The famous festival, which hosts leading artists and DJs from Israel, is one of the largest festivals outside of Israel and is considered a major attraction for ski vacations.

Ronen Katz, CEO and Owner of SKIDEAL: “In the upcoming season, we see at least a 40% increase in demand for ski vacations compared to last season. Despite the challenges in the 2023-24 season during the war period, SKIDEAL was the only ski travel company that operated continuously, providing many customers with a haven of peace and escapism. This year, following the easing security situation and a significant reduction in reserve duty, we see a great opportunity: many people who haven't skied in two years are returning to the field, and the shekel's strengthening against the euro by about 7-8% has made vacations more attractive and cheaper in shekels. We see that ski vacations in the upcoming season serve as an escape of escapism from the complex period we experienced in the past year – a vacation that allows people to disconnect from routine and recharge.”

The upcoming season offers our customers special experiences with Hebrew instruction throughout the season at selected sites from December to April, with particularly high demand for the holidays – Chanukah, Purim, and Passover, which fall this year on perfect dates for the ski season. Additionally, the beloved SKIDEALWEEK festival returns this year in a big way, alongside growing interest among families and new beginners to the industry. The most sought-after destinations this season include Sella Ronda in Italy, Bansko in Bulgaria, Val Thorens in France, Gudauri in Georgia, and Mayrhofen in Austria. We anticipate that the current season will end with a 40%-60% increase compared to the previous season and may even become one of our strongest ever.”
