Purim 2024 is characterized by exaggeration. If last year we thought the bar had been raised, this year it seems like it's been surpassed. Maybe it's due to the gloomy mood that demands more sweet carbs, but it turns out more and more small bakeries have joined this sweet frenzy, and the offering is wider than usual.
Still the Most Excessive | Roladin
Roladin continues to put on a show every year, and their donuts certainly tempt - you can't take that away from them. This year’s collection includes 12 plump and beautiful donuts, some with new flavors, a mix of familiar classics with flavors inspired by the world of patisserie. Among the flavors: salty caramel popcorn donut / tropical mango and pineapple coulis donut / malabi with pistachio and rose / pistachio with Amarena cherries / amazing hazelnut donut. We got hooked on the Coffee Royal donut that was caffeinated, creamy, rich with coconut praline, and provided us with a perfect coffee break in a single bite.
Price: 15-18 shekels for the extravagant. 8 shekels for jam Final words: Roladin delivers a busy, designed, and tasty bite most of the times, and they are the prettiest donuts to bring for a toast.
