Ari Linker's life has always moved to a different beat, one that mixes taste, art, and music. Today, after a long journey featuring countless flights and performances around the globe, he fulfils his lifelong dream in Ramat Hasharon with 'Beleza', a neighborhood wine bar that has become a soulful space, earning its place in the city's evolving wine bar scene.
The 52-year-old has always had a special connection to food. As a child, he loved tasting, cooking, and being around the dining table. At 15, he was already working in Tel Aviv bars, falling in love with the atmosphere, the hosting, and the magic between people. Alongside his love for food, a passion for art was also burning within him, giving birth to the combination that accompanies him to this day: music and hosting, food and creation.

Everywhere he went, he drew culinary inspiration from local markets, taking his accompanying artists to culinary tastings and even convincing Skazi to try sushi.
By the end of 2022, during a performance in Brazil, he began feeling unwell. Shortly after, it was revealed that Ari was suffering from meningitis, and later, doctors discovered he was suffering from a rare, life-threatening autoimmune disease. After long months of hospitalization, Ari almost completely recovered, returned to his feet, resumed performing, and even realized his dream by opening a wine bar.
Photo: Ari Linker "Beleza", the name of the bar, means "beauty" in Portuguese but is also sometimes translated as "cool", conveying a good vibe, tranquility, and positive energy. The venue was born thanks to Ari's agent in Japan, Ben Avital, who is also a good friend who is constantly pushing for collaboration.
The menu includes Abigail bread bruschettas with generous herring and matzah pieces, a mixed charcuterie platter with tapas, fruits, and nuts, a green salad with fruits and rich bûche de noël cheese, amazing sandwiches with excellent delicacies, egg salad, and even a decadent cheese toast that perfectly complements the wines.

special tapas, ranging from the popular egg salad and skordalia to vine leaves, cauliflower with tahini, and melted cheese alongside a sweet jam. Every bite is beautifully colorful and decorated for truly unique experiences.
"Beleza" is not only a wine bar, but also a neighborhood bar with character, featuring food that embodies art, locality, and freshness. Ari handpicks the vegetables himself from the market, selects the most unique cheeses, bread, fish, and wines with care, and uses the best pickles and spreads. Inspired by his art, every dish looks like a painting, colorful, precise, and generous, just like the man behind it.

Ari brings everything he has learned to the table, from Tomorrowland stages to Japan food stalls, and translates it into a complete culinary experience. Art is present in every detail and corner of the venue, and the playlists he creates himself envelop the space, giving it warmth, calm, and a sense of connection.
On Fridays, the atmosphere takes on a weekend vibe, with wines being poured, special dishes emerging from the kitchen, and the music shifting to a Shabbat welcoming mode from midday.
Photo: Ari Linker Ari hosts art and pop-up events at the venue for young artists and manages the place alongside his partner, Ingrid Rupino, and his children, who bring a genuine family layer of stability and love. Perhaps this is why customers return again and again, not just for the food, but because
