In less than a month, more than two thousand orders were placed for the JAECOO 7 Plug-in crossover.
JAECOO 7 gasoline-powered model was launched in Israel last July, and in November, the plug-in version of the model arrived.
The vehicle is offered in two trim levels: Premium and Luxury, with prices at 189,990 ₪ and 202,990 ₪ respectively.
JAECOO 7. Photo: Manufacturer (illustrative only) The JAECOO 7 Plug-in comes with a drive system called SHS (Super Hybrid System), which combines a 1.5-liter turbo gasoline engine with an electric motor. The combined output of the model is 342 horsepower.
The system provides a maximum driving range of approximately 1,300 km in combined mode, while the electric-only range is up to 91 km.
According to the importer, Kalmobile, the average fuel consumption in combined driving is 0.7 liters per 100 km.

JAECOO 7 Plug-in marks the beginning of the manufacturer's new crossover series, which is expected to expand during 2025 with the launch of four more models. The models include the JAECOO 8 in the plug-in version (to be launched in the third quarter of 2025), the JAECOO 5 in electric and gasoline versions (also expected in the third quarter), and the OMODA 7 in plug-in and gasoline versions in the fourth quarter. Additionally, the OMODA 9 plug-in version will also arrive in the fourth quarter.
