In places where the border is close and the land bears stories of the past, new light shines through, reminding us that every storm brings a new beginning.
"Flavors of Hope" is a special community and agricultural initiative that brings together color, connection, and faith under the leadership of owner Tamir Bar-Levko. Considered one of the most exciting projects in Eshkol, "Flavors of Hope" best illustrates the potential for new life and growth, especially in a place where everything starts anew.
Visitors enjoy more than a simple tour or an agricultural experience; the project offers an emotional journey that connects the community with the land and tells a story of renewal, while exposing them to the real life of Eshkol and the daily choice to continue, create, and grow despite everything.

What is "Flavors of Hope"?
"Flavors of Hope" is a reunion of hearts, stories, flavors, and land that mixes harvesting workshops, product tastings, community stories, and personal encounters with local residents. Each visitor has the opportunity to touch the ground, understand the human story behind every fruit or vegetable, and feel Eshkol up close.

Café Eshkol is a dedicated meeting space within the project that symbolizes connection through listening and support. Here, visitors gather around a small table with a warm cup of coffee, listen to stories from residents and farmers, and feel the daily hope in Eshkol.
It is so much more than just about enjoying the taste or aroma of good coffee, offering the full experience: stories about what is it like to live along the border, daily resilience, the community's choice to stay, the residents returning to the fields, and their vision for rebuilding, all merging in a moment of connection around the coffee.

Our Tours Are Not a Gimmick, But a Mission and Connection Experience
The tours in Eshkol are designed around a concept that evolves with the seasons and agricultural practices, so each visit is unique and offers an authentic, moving journey. The goal is to make this region, once isolated and hidden from many, accessible to all, providing a historic opportunity to get to know the charm of the people and place up close.
In our view, our tours are not just a tourist experience, but a national mission, and a vision to create true unity and bridge hearts, not as a slogan, but from the genuine connection of one people. Visitors are not just guests; they are invited to feel part of the community, to be present, to hear, taste, and experience the hope and resilience that the land and its people bring.
