About 270,000 Israelis visited Thailand in the year 2024. This breaks the record for the number of Israeli tourists visiting the country in one year. This is a 20% increase compared to 2023, when 226,000 Israelis visited the country. The data also matches Google's search data for 2024, indicating that Thailand was the most searched vacation destination in Israel last year.

These figures underscore the sustained popularity of the destination among Israelis, who visited its beaches and cultural sites even during the year of war.
On January 14th, for the first time in Israel, a 'Full Moon' party in a Thai atmosphere will be held at the City Garden in Tel Aviv. The party will include fire shows, traditional Thai food stalls, unique cocktails, and more.
The event, initiated by the company Ternova, will be held in collaboration with 'The Thai Traveler Center' and 'Thai Tours', who will receive certificates of appreciation from the Thai Tourism Ministry during a professional conference on the same day. Furthermore, flights and vacations to Thailand will be raffled among participants. Entry to the event will be available to members of the 'Sawadee Club' and new members.
Amri Kalman, CEO of Ternova: "The 270,000 Israelis who visited Thailand this year have proven it to be the most beloved destination for Israelis. Israel represents an important market for Thailand, with a high number of visitors even compared to large Western countries."
