No Direct Flights To South Korea? Second Direct Line Between Prague And Seoul To Start Soon By Asian Airline
While there are no direct flights from Israel to South Korea, Asiana Airlines, the second largest airline in South Korea, is launching another direct line between Seoul and Prague. This route will operate three times a week, and with the large number of flights between Israel and Prague, it could be a viable option for those looking to fly to South Korea.

Soon, a second direct line between the capital of the Czech Republic and Seoul.
The airline Asiana Airlines announced that it will launch a new route between South Korea and the Czech Republic.
The direct line of the Asian company, which merged with Korean Air after the latter announced its acquisition earlier this year, will begin operating from April 1, 2025, from Seoul airport to the Václav Havel International Airport in Prague (PRG) with a schedule of three weekly flights.
The flights between the two capital cities will be on: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
Flight duration: About 11 hours.
Korean Air, which, as mentioned, purchased Asiana Airlines this year in a major deal worth $1.6 billion, already operates a direct route between the two capitals of the Czech Republic and South Korea, and the new line will actually be the group's second line.
According to Prague airport, the new route will improve connectivity between South Korea and the Czech Republic, providing passengers with a wider range of convenient flight options.
We should note that there is currently no option to fly directly from Israel to South Korea, as the South Korean national airline, Korean Air, stopped flying to Israel following the "Swords of Iron" war, and it is unclear when it will return to Israel.
Asiana Airlines is considered one of the leading airlines in Asia and is part of the international aviation alliance Star Alliance.
The company operates flights to over 85 destinations worldwide, and the new flight route to Prague is part of Asiana's strategic plan to expand its presence in Europe.
