Ongoing growth. Emirates is expanding its Premium Economy service to 10 new destinations, while increasing flights on popular routes. As part of the move, the company is expected to operate Premium Economy on more than 84 routes by this summer, including Rome, Taipei, Mexico City, Cochin, Karachi, Brisbane, Kuwait, Tehran, and Basra.
In addition, Emirates will resume two daily flights to Copenhagen starting June 1. A month later, on July 1, a third daily flight to Phuket will begin, along with a third daily flight to Cape Town. All three services will be operated on A350 aircraft, equipped with new business and economy classes.
The move is timed for this summer, the peak of the tourist season, to allow for convenient transit via Dubai to destinations in Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Just last week, Emirates published its 2025 activity summary report, signaling a particularly successful year with more than 55.6 million passengers and over 180,000 flights.
