Photo: Emirates Emirates has signed an agreement with Dubai Investments Park (DIP) to purchase land to build a new residential village for the company's flight attendants. The investment, worth billions of dirhams, will create a modern residential and commercial complex that will house up to 12,000 flight attendants.
Construction work is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with completion of the first phase planned for 2029. The project will be established under a long-term lease agreement.
The Flight Attendants Village will consist of 20 residential buildings, each 19 stories high, featuring one- to three-bedroom apartments, designed specifically for the needs and lifestyle of aircrew. The complex will combine residential with commercial, recreational and community service areas.

Photo: EMIRATESAmong others, the project will include a multi-purpose center with shops, restaurants and food courts, advanced fitness facilities, clinics, parks and public spaces. The emphasis will be on an active and healthy lifestyle, with walking paths, resort-style pools, green spaces and manicured gardens.
Each building will have dedicated facilities for residents' use to ensure maximum comfort and accessibility.
The complex is strategically located at an equal distance from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). This location is designed to serve Emirates’ long-term plans , including the future move to DWC and the company’s continued growth.
