Last week, Greece launched Hellenic Heritage, a new digital culture platform designed to transform how visitors experience archaeological sites, museums, and monuments across the country.
The platform was unveiled officially at the National Gallery, in the presence of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Minister of Culture Lina Mandoni.
This is an innovative project, funded by the Greek Rehabilitation and Support Fund, that connects more than 350 archaeological sites and museums to a single digital center, which is now accessible at hh.gr.
Anyone interested can purchase tickets to virtually visit the Acropolis in Athens, the Acropolis in Lindos on Rhodes, Knossos in Crete, archaeological museums throughout Greece, and more.
On the website, you can purchase electronic tickets, digital tours in various languages, printable travel guides, and augmented reality and virtual reality applications, as well as comprehensive information on site accessibility, promotions, special events, and visiting days.
