Etihad Airways continues to expand its partnerships beyond its aviation operations. The national airline of the United Arab Emirates announced today (February 26, 2026) that it will become an official partner of McLaren Racing from the 2026 season onwards.
As part of the agreement, the airline will collaborate with the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team and the McLaren United Autosports WEC Hypercar Team.
According to the company's announcement, the partnership connects two organizations operating on the international stage, emphasizing innovation and customer experience. For McLaren, which competes in several racing series around the world, Etihad will provide logistical support through its network of airlines, which includes more than 100 destinations, including the UAE, Australia, China, Japan, the UK, Spain, Italy, and the United States.
