The airline strongly recommends that travelers do not go to the airport unless they have a confirmed booking or official rebooking confirmation. Customers connecting through Dubai will only be accepted for onward travel if their connecting flight is operating.
The company announcement published today, March 5, 2026, also spoke about the high volume of calls experienced by the Contact Centre and acknowledged passengers' patience and their staff's prompt work and efforts. Travelers are encouraged to check their flight status online before heading to the airport.
Flights can be booked via flydubai.com, the mobile app, the Contact Centre at (+971) 600 54 44 45, the flydubai Travel Shop, or through authorized travel agents. Passengers traveling between February 28 and March 31 may rebook on an alternative flight to the same destination up to 30 days from the original travel date without penalty. Passengers who have used travel agents to book their flights are recommended to get in direct contact with them for rebooking or refund options.
