London commuters must brace themselves for a series of upcoming transport disruptions caused by planned strikes organized by tube drivers and bus staff over the next few weeks.
Tube Strike Schedule
The first announced tube strike has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, lasting until Wednesday, March 25, from midday until 11:59 the next day.
The following day, Thursday, March 26, will mark the second planned strike, with an edn date scheduled for Friday, March 27, from midday until 11:59 on Friday.
Similar strike times have been scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, to Wednesday 22 April, as well as Thursday, April 23, to Friday, April 24.
Strikes on May 19-May 20 and May 21-May 22 will also affect all Tube lines, as will be the case for the previous events.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, services will run normally until midday, after which severe disruption is expected and will continue into the following day. On Wednesdays and Fridays, services will be heavily disrupted in the morning and gradually return to normal in the afternoon and evening.
The Elizabeth Line, DLR, London Overground, buses, and trams will continue to operate as usual, but passengers should expect these services to be very busy.
East London Bus Strikes
Stagecoach bus staff from Bow Bus Garage have announced strikes that will impact seven routes. The disruptions are planned from 05:00 Thursday, March 19, to 05:00 on Monday, March 23.
The following routes will be affected: 8, 25, 205, 425, N8, N25, and N205. Bus services will run normally on Wednesday, March 18, and will resume as usual after 05:00 on Monday, March 23. While other bus routes, Tube, and rail services will operate as planned, local services may be busier than usual during this period.

-
TfL Go: a live Tube map app with service alerts and notifications
-
Journey Planner: helps plan trips using public transport, cycling, or walking
-
Nearby: shows the locations of Tube, bus, rail, and Santander Cycles stations based on your postcode or current location.
