As we reported last week, airport handling workers representing Airport Handling and ALHA at Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate will go walk out for 24 hours on Wednesday, March 18. The strike could affect airport operations as well as ground services.

easyJet flight crews across the country have also announced a strike from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., which is expected to trigger more delays and cancellations. Brescia Montichiari Airport's handling staff has also scheduled a 24-hour strike on the same day.

Passengers flying through Milan on Wednesday are advised to stay updated with airline announcements. Airlines like easyJet usually provide rebooking options about 72 hours before a confirmed strike.
