As part of the upgrade, Wizz Air offers its customers phone service at local-rate call costs through the number 03-3741285, with responses in various languages, including English and Russian. Additionally, the new center is also available on the company's website in Hebrew, as part of efforts to improve accessibility for Israeli passengers.

Customers can use the chatbot "Amelia," which operates 24/7 and provides information about bookings, flight status, baggage, and additional services from the company. For more complex issues, customers can contact human chat agents through the "Talk to an agent" option, available in English.
