Local-Rate Call Only: Wizz Air Updates Its Customer Service

The airline Wizz Air, which recently returned to Israel with 13 routes, announces a significant update to its customer service, including advanced self-service options and local call rates

Wizz Air is upgrading its customer service, which now includes local-rate calls and a 24/7 chatbot.

As part of the upgrade, Wizz Air offers its customers phone service at local-rate call costs through the number 03-3741285, with responses in various languages, including English and Russian. Additionally, the new center is also available on the company's website in Hebrew, as part of efforts to improve accessibility for Israeli passengers.

The company recommends customers utilize the self-service platform on the website and app, which allows for managing and booking flights, making ticket changes, requesting refunds, getting flight information, interacting with an advanced chatbot, and receiving human assistance.

Customers can use the chatbot "Amelia," which operates 24/7 and provides information about bookings, flight status, baggage, and additional services from the company. For more complex issues, customers can contact human chat agents through the "Talk to an agent" option, available in English.

After a brief pause, Wizz Air has resumed operations in Israel and operates 13 routes to major destinations, including Abu Dhabi, London, Milan, Rome, Warsaw, Vienna, and more.

Wizz Air operates a fleet of 226 Airbus aircraft and offers ultra-low-cost services. In 2024, the company served 62.8 million passengers and was recognized as one of the world's safest airlines.
