Greek luxury hotel chain Domes Resorts has taken a significant step, becoming the controlling owner of the Casa Collective platform, a move designed to accelerate its international expansion and strengthen its presence in the global hospitality market.
The deal, signed with Goldman Sachs, includes the acquisition of Casa Collective, the platform behind lifestyle brands Cook's Club and Casa Cook. Alongside Domes, tourism entrepreneur Remo Masala will join as a strategic partner and shareholder, and will continue to lead the creative side of the brands.
Casa Collective currently operates 13 hotels in major destinations around the world, providing a foundation for further expansion. According to plans, four more properties are expected to join the portfolio in the near future, alongside additional projects currently under consideration.

At the same time, the possibility of adding additional partners is being examined to acquire properties and accelerate growth. Despite the change in ownership, Casa Collective will continue to operate as an independent company, maintaining the unique identity of each of the brands. At the same time, it is expected to benefit from Domes' operational capabilities and access to sources of financing, development, and international distribution.
According to Dr. George P. Spanos, CEO of Domes Resorts, the goal is to "provide hotel owners and partners with a stable platform for growth, while maintaining the unique character and experience of each brand."
Casa Collective's brand portfolio includes Cook's Club, a social hospitality concept centered around music, food and community, alongside Casa Cook, a minimalist boutique brand with an emphasis on design and a relaxed atmosphere, and XIA, a new brand focused on hospitality experiences for families.
Remo Masala, one of the platform's founders, noted that "Casa Collective was not born as a single brand, but as a framework for diverse hospitality experiences," adding that the company will continue to focus on strengthening the identity of each of the brands while expanding its activities.
In recent years, the Domes Group, which started with a few individual hotels, has moved on to managing a significant chain of luxury hotels, including about 15 luxury hotels that have made a name for themselves among the American and European audiences
