ZIPAIR Tokyo, the low-cost Japanese carrier that recently announced it will add flights to Houston for the 2026 Summer season, has exciting news for passengers looking for "a stress-free in-flight experience".
The airline that offers trans-Pacific and Asian flights via Boeing 787-8 aircraft featuring 18 full-flat seats and 272 standard seats has announced "Starlink's long-awaited 4th satellite" is now part of the journey.
With an emphasis on casual conversations that don't even when flying, the company's "smooth internet connectivity" will allow passengers to "experience the speed that rewrites the conventional wisdom of air travel right on board."
"Just 4 more aircraft until full fleet installation," added ZIPAIR's X post. The company has also explained that the service may not be available on some flights, depending on existing equipment and its status, or based on the communication environment.
The company also recently introduced "Oishii Flight," a special project dedicated to flying "foodies" which "will deliver new surprises in travel and food."
"All passengers on eligible flights will receive a meal voucher that can be used at partner restaurants," said the announcement. The exact flights that will benefit from the new program will be established via a monthly lottery, with results published on the airline's website or official Instagram account. The first phase will include ZIPAIR × byFood Ramen Edition, and will bring passengers a free ramen voucher on a single monthly flight from April to September 2026. The voucher will be available for the "Men Ginza Onodera Higashi Ginza Store".
