Emirates has issued an important operational update: the UAE flag carrier will oparate "a reduced flight schedule to over 100 destinations". cusotmers intersted in making a new booking are advised to check the company's latest flight schedules and use the http://emirat.es/nowoperating page to make their booking.
"To provide further peace of mind, customers who make new bookings will also be offered one complimentary date change within the ticket’s validity," Emirates added in a post on X.
At the same time, the airline also offered information regarding existing bookings that have been affected by the regional wars, saying they will do their "best to rebook" passengers on the next available Emirates flight. The measure applies to "most disrupted tickets, including journeys connecting beyond Dubai."
Passengers who were expecting to fly between February 28 and May 31 can either:
-Rebook on an alternate flight up to June 15, 2026. For original travel dates within 72 hours, passengers can rebook by visiting http://emirat.es/managebooking or using the Emirates app. For later bookings, passengers need to reach out to customer support for further assistance.
-Ask for a refund by filling in a dedicated refund. Processing might take up to 21 days
The company also asks passengers to verify the status of their flights before traveling to the airport, after they have checked in.
"We continue to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and patience," the company added.
