The Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart is joining the International Museum Day celebrations on May 17, 2026, offering free entry to its permanent exhibition that showcases 140 years of automotive innovation and development.
In addition to complimentary access, visitors can enjoy the advanced Roarington driving simulators, located on Level 0. These simulators give guests the chance to experience iconic racing tracks with historic Mercedes-Benz models, including digital versions of the 300 SLR, 300 SL "Gullwing," and 190 E Evo II.

A day earlier, on May 16, an exclusive invite-only event featuring lectures, VR experiences, music, and culinary delights will also take place..
The museum notes that, due to a city race in Stuttgart, access to the venue will be restricted to vehicles only from 10:00 AM on May 17 via a dedicated entrance. The museum itself opens as usual at 9:00 AM.
