Kerzner International Group announced the establishment of a new One&Only resort and private residential complex One&Only Private Homes in Courchevel 1850, one of the world's most prestigious and famous ski resorts.
The project, which is expected to open in 2030, will mark the brand's first entry into the French Alps and will feature a luxury hospitality experience with contemporary design, wellness complexes, luxury cuisine and direct access to the ski slopes of the Les Trois Vallées region.
The new hotel will be built on the basis of the historic Courcheneige Hotel and will become an innovative mountain resort that will combine local heritage with a modern luxury experience.
The move comes after the opening of One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana, as part of the chain's expansion into exclusive nature, mountain and resort destinations around the world.
