After launching yesterday, February 3, the new route between Warsaw and Lisbon, the national airline of Poland, LOT Polish Airlines, announces its expansion plans for the upcoming summer flight schedule.

As we have already published, starting March 31, 2025, LOT Polish Airlines will launch direct flights from Krakow to Paris-Orly. Flights to the French capital will operate daily year-round from Krakow's Balice airport. Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft will operate on the route, with a flight time of about 2.5 hours.

In April, LOT will inaugurate flights on two new routes. From April 12, 2025, direct flights to Reykjavik will commence. Iceland routes will operate 4 times a week in summer and 3 times a week in the winter season.

From April 26, LOT will fly to sunny Malta. Flights will operate 4 times a week: on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Starting June 17, LOT will fly to Thessaloniki, Greece's second-largest city, every day in the summer season.

LOT will also strengthen its presence in the Balkans, especially in countries popular during the summer vacation season. Passengers will have more opportunities to fly with the airline to Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia, as it increases the frequency of flights to these destinations in the summer season.

Additionally, LOT will increase frequencies to three airports in Romania: Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, and Oradea, to 42 weekly flights instead of 26 weekly flights in the winter season.
