The International Air Transport Association has recently launched the 2026 Global Passenger Survey (GPS).

The goal of the survey, which will run until August 3, is to understand how the flight experience can be improved for millions of passengers worldwide, from the booking stage through check-in and boarding to in-flight service and after landing.

Enter now and influence the future of aviation

The collected data will help airlines and airports identify new trends, understand changing passenger needs, and adapt the flight experience for the new era of aviation. The survey results will be presented at a conference to be held this October.

IATA emphasizes that passenger feedback is especially important at a time when the aviation industry is undergoing significant technological and service changes, from the digitization of check-in and security processes to the personalization of the service experience on the plane and at the airport.

The survey is open to travelers from all over the world and only takes a few minutes to complete. In addition to the opportunity to influence the future of the flying experience, you could win a $50 gift card.
