MSC's luxury cruise brand Explora Journeys has revealed new details about its new flagship, the "mega yacht" EXPLORA III, which will set sail on its maiden voyage on August 3, 2026, and will attempt to set a new standard in the world of luxury cruises.
At the heart of the ship's culinary experience is The Cellar wine complex, which includes approximately 350 selected wines from around the world, including iconic names such as Château Le Pin and Screaming Eagle alongside wines from less expected production regions such as Lebanon, Japan and Romania.
Among the unique items in the collection will also be bottles from Il Palagio Winery, the Tuscan winery of musician Sting, personally signed, in a special limited edition on board.

Alongside these will be Shore Club on 11, a relaxed Mediterranean venue on the pool deck, with light fare, grills, gelato and cocktails in a constant summer atmosphere. The ship's flagship restaurants will also undergo updates, including new menus at Anthology and innovations to the In-Suite Dining experience.
Beyond food and wine, EXPLORA III will also combine an extremely luxurious lifestyle experience with boutiques from top brands such as Cartier and Chopard, and for the first time, a dedicated Rolex marine store.
Explora emphasizes that this is an evolution of the luxury cruise experience, after the great success of Explora II, one that combines food, design, brands, and personal emotion into one journey at sea.
