Radisson Hotel Group continues to expand its luxury brand in Germany, signing an agreement to establish the Radisson Collection Hotel Frankfurt, one of Europe's most ambitious and prominent urban development projects.

The hotel is expected to open in the third quarter of 2027 and will become the second Radisson Collection hotel in Germany, following the opening of the hotel in Berlin.

The new hotel will be located in the 173-meter-high T2 tower in the heart of Frankfurt's business district, between the banking district and the city's luxury shopping district. It will feature 189 rooms and suites, spread over floors 11-19 and benefiting from huge windows overlooking Frankfurt's impressive skyline.

In addition to the guest rooms, the hotel will open a lobby lounge and bar on the ground floor, a restaurant and bar with approximately 135 seats on the first floor, as well as a modern fitness complex.

The interior design, developed by the chain's design and architecture team in Madrid, is based on the "Urban Layers" concept, which combines Frankfurt's history, its status as Germany's economic capital, its cultural life and its iconic skyline, using warm tones, high-quality materials and multi-layered lighting.

The FOUR Frankfurt complex combines offices, residences, retail, restaurants and hotels in four towers, and is considered one of the most important urban renewal projects in Europe. The project is based on green energy and includes, among other things, more than 2,300 bicycle parking spaces.
