Hilton unveiled on June 18, 2026, a new collaboration in the US with the organization Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) , with the aim of providing young people with access to mentorship programs, professional training, and exposure to careers in the hospitality industry.
As part of the initiative, Hilton will donate 250 million Hilton Honors points, the company’s largest donation to date. The points, equivalent to more than 3,000 hotel nights, will be used to create travel experiences for youth participating in the organization’s programs and their families across the United States.
The program is expected to operate over the coming year in six major cities in the US: Anaheim, Atlanta, Dallas, Columbus, Miami, and Washington, D.C. Within this framework, more than 10,000 mentoring sessions and professional activities will be held in the company's hotels and offices.

Hilton notes that the move is intended to help reduce opportunity gaps among young people in the United States. According to data published in the announcement, approximately 4.3 million young Americans ages 16 to 24 are neither in school nor employed.
According to the company, the collaboration aligns with its social responsibility strategy and efforts to expand employment and career development opportunities for the younger generation in the hospitality industry.
