Vasili Levski Sofia Airport, recently recognized as one of the European continent's best hubs, continues to upgrade the passenger experience with the launch of the new Primeclass Lounge in Terminal 2.
The luxurious hospitality complex is expected to serve premium passengers, business people, and members of international lounge clubs, including Israeli passengers. Among the beneficiaries of the lounge are expected to be luxury class passengers and high-status passengers of various airlines..
The new lounge, established by TAV Operation Services in collaboration with SOF Connect, the operator of Sofia Airport, covers approximately 540 square meters and includes a 450-square-meter open panoramic terrace with a direct view of the runways. In total, the complex can accommodate up to 222 passengers at the same time.
Among the services offered in the lounge are quiet work areas, meeting rooms, relaxation areas, a family and children's area, high-speed Internet, charging stations, and a rich culinary selection that combines local Bulgarian cuisine with international dishes.

Photo: PassportNews Sofia Airport sees the opening of the new lounge as part of a broader move to improve the passenger experience and transform the airport into a more significant regional aviation hub. SOF Connect CEO Jesús Cabezero noted that the goal is to make Sofia Airport "the first five-star regional airport in Europe."
The lounge is open to Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass and Visa Airport Companion cardholders, business and first class passengers of partner airlines, as well as passengers who wish to purchase a one-time entry.
