Every Friday at 11:00, a cheerful happening begins in the plaza at the Bureli Center - with slices of pizza from the "Shelachmach" pizzeria and wonderful cholent and kishke dishes from the "Tslokhas Chicken" delicatessen, alongside wine, beers, and refreshing drinks.
Music will be playing in the plaza and in the small park behind, on the grassy lawns, shaded by trees, picnic tables are scattered where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful flavors of the delicatessen and pizzeria. The event is suitable for families, friends, and couples. Guests can relax in the outdoor area, listen to music, and enjoy the wonderful dishes and pizzas.

A new and particularly tasty place has opened in Bat Yam, with a European atmosphere blending British and German style bars.

Pizza Hut is launching a unique collaboration with Chef Moshik Roth and the Make-A-Wish Foundation to support children with life-threatening illnesses. In this collaboration, Chef Moshik Roth created a special chef's edition that includes four different pizzas, three savory and one sweet, with proceeds going to the foundation. The "Star Edition" includes:
Shuk Pizza – Fresh vegetables, pita pieces, and labaneh / Four Cheese Pizza with cheddar, stracchino, mozzarella, and halloumi cheeses / White Pizza with green curry / Fanpel – a pizza made of three Belgian waffles in the center, drizzles of white and regular chocolate, colorful sprinkles, and powdered sugar.

An extraordinary collaboration between Chef Amos Hayun and researchers from the Faculty of Agriculture has produced a series of particularly intriguing and delicious dinner experiences you won't find at your local restaurant.
For eight days (December 23-31), Robida Restaurant in Mazkeret Batya will offer a special menu, filled with thoughtful research by five researchers, based on raw materials developed in the faculty's lab.
What will you taste? Hamachi sashimi with sesame oil and carambola gremolata using Professor Zvika Peleg's sesame flour / Sea bass with cherry "candies", sun-dried tomato oil, fresh za'atar, and snow peas from the research of Professors Haim Rabinovich and Nahum Kedar / Teff pancake with musakhan mullet, fermented amba, teff puff tabbouleh, and greens working alongside Professor Shuki Saranga's research / Tom goat cheese tortellini with pepper cream, tarragon oil, and yogurt stone from Dr. Yoni Elkind's research, as well as passionfruit malabi, drawing from Professor Alon Samach's research on passionfruit varieties

Yeriv Malili's Thai restaurant continues to create different intrigue by launching a new vermouth, based on wine from 45-year-old Alexandroni Muscat vines with Thai herbs such as kaffir lime, betel leaves, and pak pao leaves. The vermouth was created in collaboration with winemaker Eyal Drori, who specializes in the production of vermouths and bitters. The launch will be accompanied by a one-time event on December 25, for which Chef Yeriv Malili created a unique Thai menu, characteristic of northeastern Thailand, with amazing dishes such as: Chiang Mai style stuffed calamari on the grill with chim chao / winter Thai mushroom stew with king oyster and champignon mushrooms, bamboo shoots and pala sauce / fried flatheads in red curry.

Galilee Food Festival in Givatayim
The traditional Galilee Winter Festival, now celebrating its 12th year, will take place at Givatayim Theater, offering an opportunity to enjoy and support businesses from the north right near home. During the festival days, the theater's cafe will offer a special Galilee menu under the culinary direction of Chef Barak Hezekhali and Itai Nehemias from the eat i catering. The menu will include dishes based on Galilee ingredients such as cheeses from Alto Dairy, organic fruits and vegetables from Touching the Field, Druze stuffed vegetables from Grandma Maha, malabi from the Accho Malabi House, and more.
On Thursday, there will also be a farmers market full of Galilean produce. The festival's closing event will be an intimate meeting with Barak Hezekhali. Additionally, there will be more meetings, workshops, performances, and more.
