Starting from June 24, 2025, until October 25, 2025, Qatar Airways will operate 10 flights a week, compared to 7 flights currently, on the Doha-Larnaca Route.
The increase in the number of flights is expected in Cyprus to provide passengers with more options and greater flexibility in planning their trips to Cyprus.
The Cyprus Tourism Ministry also welcomed Qatar Airways' decision to increase the frequency of flights from Qatar to Larnaca Airport.
"This strategic expansion is expected to enhance connectivity between the two countries and strengthen the tourism industry in Cyprus," note and add at the Cypriot Tourism Ministry.
Qatar Airways states that it will continue to review market conditions to explore the possibility of further expanding its flights to and from Larnaca Airport. This commitment reflects Qatar Airways' confidence in the growing demand for flights between the regions.
The Cypriot Tourism Ministry believes that the increase in flight frequency will significantly benefit Cyprus's tourism sector. Increasing the number of flights is expected to attract more tourists, contribute to the island's economic growth, and promote Cyprus as a major tourist destination.
