Mauritius, a tropical island in the middle of the Indian Ocean (about 2,000 km from the east coast of Africa) is considered one of the world's dream islands thanks to its white beaches, clear turquoise waters, and impressive coral reefs that attract divers from around the world.

The Indian, African, Chinese, and French influences also make it an interesting cultural and culinary hub. The local cuisine combines exotic flavors with traditional dishes such as Mauritian curry and fresh fish. Mauritius is considered a dream destination for travelers, honeymooners, and families.

It should be noted that the Italian airline ITA recently left the Skyteam airline alliance and joined the Star Alliance, following its inclusion in the Lufthansa Group.
