Arbitrip, a leading travel technology platform "transforming hotel booking through advanced AI, exclusive pricing, and elevated customer service", has today, July 1, 2026, revealed a landmark partnership with El Al Airlines.
The two companies are introducing a fresh model for airline-integrated travel booking, in the form of a "fully white-labelled hotel platform" embedded straight within El Al’s digital ecosystem. The model will be aimed at delivering seamless and customized experiences driven by value.
The platform integrates Arbitrip’s AI engine, which analyzes a user’s preferences, booking history, travel type and behavior patterns to offer personalized hotel recommendations. The system also provides access to Closed User Group (CUG) rates, dedicated rates not available to the general public.
The platform includes more than 1.5 million accommodations worldwide and allows El Al frequent flyer club members to pay with cash, points, or a combination of the two. In addition, points and diamonds can also be earned on hotel reservations, as part of the expanded customer club benefits.
Beyond technology, the service also includes a human support center operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, alongside concierge services for customers at the highest club levels.
Benny Yonovich, CEO and co-founder of Arbitrip, said: "Travelers today expect more than just booking functionality, they want relevance, value, and service. By combining AI-driven personalization, exclusive pricing, and full-service support, we’re enabling airlines like El Al to deliver a truly differentiated experience that meets those expectations.”

The new platform will allow customers to book their entire vacation in one place and will enable members of the Matmid Frequent Flyer Club and FLY CARD holders to redeem and earn points and Diamonds on every part of their trip - from flights and hotels, and soon also attractions, and enjoy a complete and cost-effective travel experience."
Arbitrip was founded more than a decade ago, in 2015, and is currently part of Talma Travel Solutions, known as one of the largest travel management groups on the planet with $1.6 billion in yearly sales. Arbitrip reunites more than 1.5 million properties spread all over the world to partners’ loyalty programs, existing inventory, as well as negotiated rates "within fully branded, white-labelled experiences."
