Haifa Dresses Up for the Holidays. This week, in the main square of Ben Gurion Boulevard in the city, the large Christmas tree and menorah were lit up at the foot of the Bahá'í Gardens, signaling the start of the city's winter events.
Throughout the month, Haifa residents and many visitors will enjoy a variety of festive cultural events celebrating Chanukah and Christmas. These include the "Festival of the Festivals", the international film festival, the "Neve Yosef" cultural festival, and more, all in the unique festive atmosphere of the city, complete with the scents of hot wine and chestnuts, just like in Europe.
