Europe is hot, and it's not over. After several heat waves that have already combined into one long one, this coming weekend is also going to be especially hot in the continent's capitals.

Alongside the heatwave also hitting Greece, temperatures will soar to almost 40 degrees in central Europe and cities at the height of the tourist season. Amusingly, the only "relief" will be in Madrid, the capital of Spain, where the temperature will drop from 38°  to 35° over the weekend. Bucharest, Romania's capital city, will also see temperatures dropping to 32° on Saturday and 29° on Sunday.

Here are some of the temperatures predicted for the continent's capitals.
