easyJet holidays posted one of the biggest gains in the latest UKCSI, earning a place among the UK's top organizations for customer satisfaction

easyJet holidays has secured a place among the UK's top-performing organizations for customer satisfaction after recording one of the largest year-on-year improvements in the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI).

Published by The Institute of Customer Service, the UKCSI is an independent benchmark that measures customer satisfaction across 277 organizations spanning 13 sectors of the UK economy. The latest results awarded easyJet holidays a score of 81.7, up 4.5 points from July 2025, reflecting a significant improvement in customer experience.

The package holiday provider said the recognition highlights its continued focus on offering value-for-money holidays, flexible booking options, and customer support throughout the travel journey. The company has expanded rapidly in recent years, becoming one of the UK's leading package holiday providers while consistently emphasizing service quality alongside competitive pricing.

The UKCSI is published twice a year and evaluates organizations using customer feedback across 25 measures, including transactional experiences and broader aspects of customer relationships. It is widely regarded as one of the UK's leading independent benchmarks for customer service performance.

The latest ranking comes as easyJet holidays continues to strengthen its position in the competitive UK travel market. The company has invested heavily in customer experience, flexible booking policies, and digital services as demand for package holidays continues to recover and grow.
