Low-cost airline Wizz Air announced the expansion of its route network with the launch of five new routes, which will begin operating in October, as part of its continued expansion in Europe.
The new routes are:
-Budapest - Oslo
-Budapest - Marsa Alam (Egypt)
-Chisinau - London Gatwick
-Chisinau - Alicante
-Chisinau - Frankfurt

In parallel with the launch of the routes, Wizz Air announced it will also increase flight frequencies on several existing routes departing from Budapest and Chisinau, to offer passengers greater flexibility in choosing their flight times.
The company also noted that in Moldova it has crossed the 7 million passenger mark since it began operating in the country - an achievement that it defined as a significant milestone in the development of its activities in the local market.
Wizz Air said that the network expansion reflects the growing demand from passengers and the company's commitment to continue expanding the range of destinations and services across Europe and beyond.
