Emirates introduces a new payment option specifically for customers in India. Starting today, July 14, 2026, travelers can book international flights and pay in affordable monthly installments rather than paying in full upfront.

The new Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) solution is now available on the carrier's website, giving passengers the flexibility to spread the cost of their tickets over three to 36 months when booking flights to nearly 140 destinations across the airline's global network.

Who Is Eligible?

The payment option is available to customers using eligible credit cards issued by 12 participating Indian banks, including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HSBC, Bank of Baroda, IndusInd Bank, IDBI Bank, RBL Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Yes Bank.

Rather than paying the full fare at the time of booking, eligible customers can simply select the EMI option during checkout, making international travel more accessible and easier to budget.

Mohammad Sarhan, Emirates' Vice President for India and Nepal, said the new initiative is designed to give travelers greater financial flexibility.

He added that the payment solution allows customers to plan long-awaited holidays, family visits, or premium travel experiences while spreading the cost into manageable monthly payments that suit their budgets.

India remains one of Emirates' largest international markets, and the airline says the new financing option is aimed at making global travel more convenient for Indian passengers while expanding access to its worldwide network.
