Flydubai, based in Dubai and renowned for its unique model of direct flights to diverse destinations, has been awarded the prestigious Four-Star Major Airline rating by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) for 2025—marking its second consecutive recognition.
The recognition, based on passenger feedback, highlights the company's commitment to improving customer experience, investing in innovation, and expanding its network of destinations.
Since its founding in 2009, Flydubai has grown to become one of the most dynamic airlines in the world, operating from Dubai with a fleet of 88 aircraft and a network of more than 125 destinations in 55 countries.
Flydubai, represented in Israel by "Open Sky" and operating 8 daily flights on the Tel Aviv - Dubai Route, has an expanding network in Israel, leaving its mark also due to the fact that it continued flying almost throughout the 'Operation Sword of Iron', and since it began flying to Israel in November 2020, is considered one of the leading companies at Ben Gurion Airport.
Over the years, Flydubai has achieved several notable accomplishments:
✈ Expanding Global Network: operating flights to destinations in Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Europe, the Gulf States, the Middle East, and South and East Asia.
✈ Connecting Inaccessible Markets: opened more than 90 new Routes that were not directly connected to Dubai or not served by the national airline of the UAE.
