Against the backdrop of the Saudi-French investment forum held in Riyadh, the Air France-KLM Group announced significant expansion of its operations in Saudi Arabia.
In the summer of 2025, Air France will start operating a new direct flight line between Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris and King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
At the same time, the group's low-cost airline, Transavia, will launch direct flights from Jeddah to Paris-Orly and Lyon.
Thus, the three airlines of the group – Air France, KLM and Transavia – will operate in Saudi Arabia, with KLM already operating flights to Riyadh and Dammam from the company's headquarters at Amsterdam-Schiphol.
