The property is the fourth LivSmart Studios location to open nationwide and highlights Hilton's growing ambitions in the long-stay accommodation market.
Introduced to cater to travelers staying 10 nights or longer, LivSmart Studios offers apartment-style accommodations designed to combine the comforts of home with the services expected from a Hilton-branded property.

"Pensacola's year-round demand from military, higher education, healthcare, business and leisure travelers makes this an excellent market for LivSmart Studios, and we are proud to continue growing the brand alongside 3H Group and Hilton," said Beau Benton, President of LBA Hospitality.
EV Charging, Complimentary Breakfast and Free WiFi

Guests can also take advantage of complimentary breakfast, free WiFi, parking, a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, electric vehicle charging stations, and pet-friendly accommodations.
Its location near Interstate 10 and Interstate 110 provides convenient access to several of Pensacola's major attractions and institutions, including Pensacola International Airport, the University of West Florida, Naval Air Station Pensacola, downtown Pensacola, and Pensacola Beach.
The property will be led by General Manager Cody Beck, who said the hotel was designed to make extended stays more comfortable and practical for visitors spending significant time in the city.
"Our team is excited to welcome guests to LivSmart Studios and provide a comfortable, practical home base for anyone spending more time in Pensacola," Beck said.
Hilton launched LivSmart Studios to compete in the rapidly growing extended stay segment, which has seen increasing demand from business travelers, relocating families, healthcare professionals, and guests seeking flexible accommodation options.
With additional openings planned across the United States in the coming months, Hilton's newest brand appears set to become a key part of the company's long-term growth strategy.
