Photo: © Air France Air France is expanding its flagship travel experience to San Francisco, introducing its new La Première cabin on daily flights between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and San Francisco International Airport.
Photo: © Air FranceThe new product is available on selected Boeing 777-300ER aircraft operating flight AF084 from Paris to San Francisco and AF083 in the opposite direction. The airline is also operating a second daily San Francisco service during the summer, using an Airbus A350-900.
Photo: © Air FranceThe daily La Première service departs Paris at 10:20 am, arriving in San Francisco at 12:50 pm The return flight leaves San Francisco at 3:05 pm, reaching Paris at 10:55 am the following day.
San Francisco becomes the latest US destination to receive Air France's redesigned La Première experience. The premium cabin is now available to and from seven US cities: Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, San Francisco and Washington, DC
This summer, the new suites are operating to Los Angeles, Miami, New York and San Francisco.
Air France has designed La Première as a complete premium journey rather than simply an upgraded seat.
At San Francisco International Airport, passengers receive dedicated check-in and personalized assistance, including expedited baggage handling and an escort through security. They can then relax in a private section of the Air France lounge, featuring dedicated dining and direct access to the lounge bar.
Passengers are personally escorted to their aircraft when boarding begins.
The experience is even more private at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, where La Première customers are met by a porter and taken to a dedicated check-in lobby. They also have access to an exclusive lounge with gourmet dining, relaxation, wellness and workspace areas.
For boarding, passengers are driven to the aircraft in Porsche Cayenne hybrid vehicles operating in electric mode.
The new La Première cabin features just four suites, each extending across five windows.
Photo: © Air FranceThe modular suites combine a traditional seat with a separate day bed. The day bed can be transformed into a two-meter-long fully flat bed, while a floor-to-ceiling mesh curtain provides additional privacy.
Each suite includes two 32-inch 4K anti-glare screens and access to more than 1,500 hours of entertainment. Passengers also receive noise-cancelling headphones, while Bluetooth connectivity allows them to use their own headphones.
Photo: © Air FranceThe suites include wireless charging, USB-A and USB-C ports, 110V/220V power outlets and a touchscreen tablet for controlling the seat, bed, lighting, window shades and entertainment system.

Photo: © Air FranceOn flights departing San Francisco, renowned French chef Daniel Boulud has created seasonal dishes for Air France passengers, including truffle-stuffed sole with artichoke purée and mushrooms and saffron chicken with olive couscous, turnips and pumpkin.
Desserts come from Laurent Le Daniel, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, with selections including lime and ginger mousse and chocolate tart.
On flights departing Paris, Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic has created an exclusive menu featuring dishes such as lobster and crab ravioli with saffron and amaretto cream.
Air France says its redesigned La Première experience will continue expanding, with 19 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft expected to operate with the new suites to 13 destinations from Paris-Charles de Gaulle by summer 2026.
