The interior features a central axis spanning the length of the cabin, dividing it into four personal zones, offering a unique structure compared to traditional automotive designs.
The driver's seat is designed to be enveloping with a low seating position, aiming to deliver a driving experience synonymous with GT cars. The design utilizes colors and textures inspired by travertine stone and handcrafted fabrics, alongside brass-like finish elements and the Jaguar emblem along the door design strips.

A major feature is the slim dashboard, harmonizing with the front car design to create a seamless visual blend from exterior to interior. The multimedia system is integrated into the interior architecture, with digital interfaces for function accessibility as needed.
Centrally located on the dashboard is the ClearSight Rear View display, serving as a digital rearview mirror positioned at a similar height to the side mirrors. Alongside technology, Jaguar emphasizes hidden storage spaces and elements revealed only when necessary.

Roudon Glover, CEO of Jaguar, stated: "The Jaguar Type 01 is the first production car created under our new creative philosophy. With the Type 01, we wanted every journey to be an event - from the driving experience to the look and feel it provides. With a GT-style cockpit that inspires confidence, clean and sophisticated technology, and dramatic design, the Type 01 has an unparalleled interior."
Thomas Holden, Chief Interior Designer at Jaguar, said: "Our holistic design philosophy translates the vehicle's exterior presence into a unique interior architecture. Unlike the norm of horizontal interior design, we emphasize the dramatic longitudinal character through the central axis - an architectural statement creating four personal spaces. With authentic materials, on-demand technology, and flowing minimalist surfaces, the Type 01 introduces drama and theatricality that will define the interior of future luxury vehicles."
The Type 01 prototype was showcased at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance with a distinctive design wrap. The full model reveal is scheduled for October 6, 2026, in New York.
