Innovations on the Seven Seas Prestige. Photo: Regent Seven Seas Cruises® The cruise company Regent Seven Seas Cruises unveils the new spa and wellness center of Seven Seas Prestige, the newly launched ship set for its maiden voyage on December 13, 2026.
It's the company's first new-class ship in a decade, featuring the largest Serene Spa & Wellness area in the fleet.
Located on Deck 4, the spa includes 10 treatment rooms, featuring acupuncture, Medi-Spa, and couples' treatment rooms. Guests can also access a complimentary thermal area, introducing for the first time in Regent, a salt room, alongside saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, aroma room, snow room, experience showers, and heated loungers.

The treatment menu will expand to include massage, facial, and body treatments inspired by wellness traditions worldwide. Offerings include the Around the World massage, Brazilian bamboo massage, and Mediterranean seaweed wrap.
Through collaboration with ELEMIS, new treatments like Cryotighten + Firm and red-light facial masks will be offered. Advanced Medi-Spa treatments, including Thermage FLX and truSculpt for skin and body sculpting, will also be available.
Additional innovations include NAD+ IV treatments for health extension, LED-augmented acupuncture, Plated's Exosomes Serum, and a mobile NEXA system for skin imaging and personalized treatment plans.

The Serene Spa & Wellness fitness center spans approximately 558 square meters, making it the largest in Regent's history. Equipped with Technogym gear, including the new Sand Stone collection, it features dedicated areas for yoga, Pilates, stretching, cycling, strength, and aerobic training.
The ship will debut Technogym's Mywellness platform, allowing guests to receive personalized training plans, track their progress, and utilize on-demand video classes.

A standout feature is the Skyview Regent Suite, touted as the largest ultra-luxury cruise suite of its kind by the company. The suite includes a private 15-square-meter gym equipped with advanced Technogym machinery such as the Technogym Bike Personal Live, Kinesis Personal Vision system, Technogym Bench, and Technogym Visio screen for guided workouts.
In addition to the private gym, suite guests receive two complimentary Serene Spa & Wellness treatments daily, available in-suite or at the spa.

The Seven Seas Prestige is about 40% larger than previous Regent ships but accommodates only 10% more guests. It will offer 411 suites and a crew of 630, with every suite featuring a balcony.
The maiden voyage departs December 13, 2026, on a 14-night transatlantic journey from Barcelona to Miami. During its inaugural season, the ship will sail 13 itineraries across the Caribbean, Panama Canal, and Europe.
