Innovations of the Seven Seas Prestige. Photo: Regent Seven Seas Cruises® Cruise line Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled the new spa and wellness area of the Seven Seas Prestige, the new ship slated for its maiden voyage on December 13, 2026.
The milestone marks the company's first ship in a new class in a decade, and it will feature the largest Serene Spa & Wellness complex in the fleet.
Located on Deck 4, the complex will include 10 treatment rooms, such as an acupuncture room, a Medi-Spa room, and a couples treatment room. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary thermal area, featuring Regent's first salt room, alongside saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, aromatherapy room, snow room, experience showers, and heated loungers.
The treatment menu will also expand to offer massages, facials, and body treatments inspired by wellness traditions worldwide. Offerings will include an Around the World massage, Brazilian bamboo massage, and Mediterranean seaweed wrap.
As part of a partnership with ELEMIS, the area will also provide new treatments like Cryotighten + Firm and red light facial therapies. Advanced Medi-Spa treatments like Thermage FLX and truSculpt will be available for skin and body contouring and tightening.
Additional innovations include NAD+ IV health extension treatments, LED-acupuncture combinations, Plated Exosomes serum, and a portable NEXA skin imaging system for personalizing treatment plans.

The facility will feature Technogym equipment, including the new Sand Stone collection, and dedicated areas for yoga, Pilates, stretching, and cycling, alongside strength and aerobic training zones.
The ship will also introduce the Mywellness Technogym platform, allowing guests to receive personalized training plans, track progress, and access on-demand video classes.

Photo: Regent Seven Seas Cruises®One standout feature is in the Skyview Regent Suite, promoted by the company as the largest ultra-luxury cruise suite of its kind. The suite includes a private gym of about 15 square meters with advanced Technogym equipment, including Technogym Bike Personal Live, Kinesis Personal Vision system, Technogym bench, and Technogym Visio screen for guided workouts.
In addition to the private gym, suite guests will receive two complimentary Serene Spa & Wellness treatments daily, available in-suite or at the spa.<\/p>

The inaugural cruise will depart on December 13, 2026, for a 14-night transatlantic journey from Barcelona to Miami. During its launch season, the ship will sail 13 itineraries across the Caribbean, Panama Canal, and Europe.
