Photo: SHUTTERSTOCK Aeromexico, named the most punctual airline in 2025 by Cirium, continues to expand its operations in Europe by launching two new direct routes in spring 2027: Mexico City to Milan and Guadalajara to Paris.
Starting March 28, 2027, the company will operate a direct route between Mexico City International Airport and Milan, with a frequency of four weekly flights.
Milan will be Aeromexico's second destination in Italy from Mexico City, alongside Rome, thus expanding its presence in the Italian market. Aeromexico has already opened Milan in its sales systems, and the destination appears on the company's official website.
The move follows Aeromexico's official announcement in August that it intends to operate the Mexico City-Milan route.
The second new line will begin operating on April 13, 2027, connecting Guadalajara to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris.
The line will operate three times a week, making Guadalajara the third Mexican city from which Aeromexico offers service to the French capital, alongside Mexico City and Monterrey.
For Guadalajara, this is another significant expansion of direct connectivity to Europe, with Paris joining the company's existing European operations from the city.
The two new routes are part of Aeromexico's continued expansion in the European market, which has become one of the company's international growth centers in recent years.
According to Aeromexico, opening the routes in spring 2027 will give passengers more flight options between Mexico and Europe and will continue to strengthen Mexico's connections to major international destinations.
With the opening of the new routes, Milan will become the company's second Italian destination from Mexico City, while Paris will be directly connected to three of Mexico's main cities: Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara.
