Spa, Pools, and Tennis Courts: Hilton Introduces Luxury Resort to Highly Popular U.S. Destination

Naples Grande Beach Resort on Florida’s Gulf Coast is set to join Hilton’s Signia portfolio in January 2027 following a major renovation of the property.

The 474-room resort, including 50 villas, will reopen as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort and become the first Signia Hilton property on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Hilton is already accepting reservations for stays beginning January 1, 2027.

The resort is currently undergoing the most extensive transformation in its nearly four-decade history. The renovation includes redesigned guest rooms and suites, new and refreshed dining options, wellness facilities and new social and gathering spaces.

The property sits along three miles of Gulf Coast beach and includes access to the mangrove forests of Clam Pass. It is also close to downtown Naples, Waterside Shops and other attractions on Florida’s Paradise Coast.

After the transformation, guests will have access to a luxury spa, multiple pools, championship tennis facilities and a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for events, weddings, groups and other gatherings.

The move will also expand Signia Hilton’s presence in Florida to three properties. Naples Grande will join Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort, which opened in Hollywood earlier this year.

For Hilton, the Naples resort adds another major coastal destination to a brand that is expanding across luxury and resort markets. Hilton said the property is being reimagined around its existing setting while introducing the design, dining, wellness and service associated with the Signia Hilton brand.

Hilton Honors Perks

The resort will also participate in Hilton Honors. To mark the debut, guests staying for at least three nights between January 15 and July 15, 2027, can receive an additional 5,000 Hilton Honors Points, subject to the offer's conditions.

The Naples property is expected to welcome returning guests familiar with Naples Grande and new visitors seeking a beachfront resort on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

With reservations already available, the January 2027 debut will turn the long-established Naples Grande into the newest Signia Hilton resort in Florida.
