Carmel Forest Estate: Rediscover Excitement
Israel's largest health and spa estate spans 75 green acres of gardens and woodlands, in the heart of the mountainous scenery of the Carmel Forest Reserve.
The estate offers renovated rooms and a pampering spa with over 70 health and beauty treatments for an upgraded experience. By the way, Carmel Estate has been awarded "Best Spa in the Middle East" for many years by the reputable SpaFinder magazine.
The hotel's location is ideal for those seeking a complete escape from daily life, for a vacation that combines all pleasures: relaxation for body and soul, quality cuisine, selected treatments, stylish spaces, and meticulous service.
All 126 rooms and suites at the Carmel Forest Estate overlook the scenery, designed down to the smallest details. Enjoy a real break from routine - between massages, swimming in the magnificent pools, or a gourmet dish in the restaurant, also spend time at the cocktail bar.
Alongside the rooms, three more luxury villas opened last year for a different level of vacation. The private villas in an exclusive and unique complex are nestled in the lush greenery of the Carmel Forest, providing an exceptional hosting experience.

Mitzpe Hayamim: A Galilean Natural Treasure
Located between Safed and Rosh Pina is the well-known and long-standing "Mitzpe Hayamim" hotel, which has been renovated and upgraded while maintaining its known, warm, and calming character.
Mitzpe Hayamim in the Galilee is surrounded by blooming orchards, herbal fields, a livestock farm, dairy, and an organic farm supplying a large portion of raw materials to the hotel’s restaurants, following the "Farm to Table" concept serving fresh seasonal products.
Mitzpe Hayamim Hotel offers authentic Galilean flavors and aromas at its dairy and kosher restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinner with a rich dairy menu including various breads baked on-site, cheeses and eggs from the farm, fresh salads, vegetables, fruits, and more.
Another restaurant operating at the hotel is "Ranch House" - a meat restaurant offering a variety of quality meats. The restaurant is open on Shabbat and therefore does not have kashrut certification.
Mitzpe Hayamim Hotel’s luxurious spa enhances the experience with 20 innovative treatment rooms offering dozens of body, health, and beauty treatments conducted by the best therapists. The spa also has an indoor semi-Olympic swimming pool heated in season, overlooking the Galilean scenery. Also in the complex: wet and dry saunas, and a well-equipped gym.

Embracing the Evacuees, Returning to Host Tourists
During the war, Isrotel Hotels hosted evacuees from across the country in most of the chain's hotels, mainly in the Eilat hotels (but also elsewhere in the country) that became a warm home for them for many months.
Hotel staff, led by managers, rallied overnight after October 7, 2023, for the task, opened the doors, and provided the needs to the residents of the north and south - some of whom had no home to return to, including children's needs, in the Isrotel hotels where everything was done to maintain their routine.
With the easing of Home Front Command, the ceasefire, and the return to routine in the north, the hotels in the area reopened, underwent necessary adjustments, renovations, and treatments to be ready for you, in the most beautiful season of the year to visit the blooming north. So which hotel will you choose for your winter vacation?
