NoMad Singapore, rendering. Photo: © 2026 Hilton Bookings are now officially open for NoMad Singapore, the Hilton property getting ready to open in late 2026 as the NoMad brand’s pioneering hotel in the Asia Pacific region.
The hotel will occupy the former Faber House building at the Cairnhill intersection, close to Orchard Road and within easy reach of Singapore’s shopping, dining and heritage areas. Developed with UOL Group, the property is designed to bring the New York-born NoMad concept into a distinctly Singaporean setting.
NoMad Singapore, rendering. Photo: © 2026 HiltonDesigned by Singapore architecture firm WOHA, with interiors by Los Angeles-based Kevin Klein Design, NoMad Singapore will cover 10,225 square meters and have 173 rooms, including 25 suites.
One of the most noticeable features will be the building itself. The 14-storey property is being transformed with a cascading waterfall and a vertical façade filled with greenery, giving the hotel a strong presence along Orchard Road.

Photo: © 2026 HiltonInside, the design combines NoMad’s New York roots and European influences with elements drawn from Singapore’s Art Deco architecture and Peranakan traditions. Guest rooms will feature marble, burlwood, custom wool rugs and pale blue and green walls inspired in part by the nearby Peranakan shophouses of Emerald Hill.

The hotel will also have 25 suites, including 42-square-meter Parlor Suites and 43-square-meter NoMad Suites, with separate living areas, bathtubs and double-sink bathrooms.
Guests will arrive on the fifth level, where an open-air reception connects with Lù bar, a terrace and pool surrounded by greenery. The hotel’s main restaurant, NoMad Grill, will sit at the top of the building.
The restaurant is designed around the atmosphere of a classic New York chophouse, with a menu centered on dry-aged meats cooked over wood fire, as well as seafood, a raw bar, seasonal produce and NoMad favorites.
NoMad Singapore, rendering. Photo: © 2026 HiltonElsewhere, The Tropicana Club will offer craft cocktails in a space inspired by Havana’s cabaret culture and the original Tropicana Club in Singapore, which opened in 1968.
At street level, Sticky Fingers will serve house-made gourmet soft-serve sundaes, adding a more casual option to the hotel’s dining lineup.

More than 1,860 works will be displayed, with about 90% created by Singapore-based artists. The collection includes paintings, photography, installations, exhibition posters and historical material.
NoMad Singapore is also working with ART, a Singapore non-profit supporting access to the arts for people with disabilities, as part of its art program.

With reservations now available, NoMad Singapore is set to welcome its first guests later this year.
