Starting Tonight: Indefinite Mechanics Strike Expected to Disrupt the European Airline's Flight Schedule

Icelandair maintenance workers have announced an indefinite strike, which will begin at 00:01 on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, September 22-23.

If the strike goes ahead, it could lead to the cancellation of the company's flights and changes to the flight schedule.

Icelandair passengers are asked to follow flight updates on the company's website and the Keflavik Airport website, and not arrive at the airport before receiving confirmation that their flight is expected to depart as scheduled.
